We hope that you never want to return an Iron Fist product, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise simply send it back with a completed RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM provided with your order. You can also download it HERE

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You have 14 days of the receipt of the order to send it back for full refund, store credit or replacement. After 14 days we are unable to process a refund, but we will issue store credit to your online account. The 14 day period based on the delivery tracking numbers. We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your proof of return. To receive store credit you must have an online account set up. Store credit expires after 1 year.
We can only offer refunds on items purchased at full price. Returns on sale items, discounted items or items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged/returned for store credit only.
All customers will need to re-purchase shipping on exchanges.
Returns must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging complete with original labels and tags. Unworn, unwashed, without stains, smoke smells or wear and tear. We will not be able to offer you a return if an item is not in a perfect condition. Additionally, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item if your return is in perfect condition, but does not have original labels and tags.
Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned in full or charged against any refund or credit.
We aim to process all returns within 10 business days. Refunds may not appear in your account immediately, depending on your bank.
WE CANNOT OFFER A RETURN ON:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards do not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned.
- We cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear due to hygienic restrictions.
HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR RETURN:
- Returns must be in their original packaging complete with original labels and tags.
IMPORTANT: Return all footwear in the original shoebox inside another packing box.
(This is essential to be eligible for a footwear return.)
The return teams decision is final. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit for any item that does not meet the above requirements, or if we deem an item in an unsellable condition. These items will be sent back to you and you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
If you received free shipping on a returned order, returned to sender cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund requested by the purchaser.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
We will process all refunds back onto the card originally used for payment. We cannot process any other direct repayments, such as to another card or bank account.
If sending items back internationally, make sure to clearly state and declare items as RETURNED GOODS on any parcel. Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Only goods purchased at IronFistClothing.com.au can be returned to the IronFistClothing.com.au warehouse.
*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Purchases made 1st-31st December 2017 - can be returned until the 31st of January 2018.
